The staff was efficient, and I appreciated the coffee and cake while I waited. ( since it was my lunch hour ) The only suggestion is that the waiting room furniture is built for bigger/taller people. At 5'1" my feet could not touch the floor if I sat back in the deep chairs, and after a while this is very uncomfortable to sit with the legs and feet dangling. Perhaps you could add some different chairs, particularly for us petite ladies under 5'5"

Roger was great. After I took the car from the service department, my low tire pressure indicator went on. At home, I found all four tires were at 25 psi and had to fill them up to specs. I was disappointed that the service technician did not check the tire pressure.

I got a great deal from one of the Fleet Managers (Andy) on a new ride. He was extremely helpful and professional. For once, I actually felt like a car-salesman cared. Andy did not make me feel rushed one bit and took the time to go over all the details with me at my own pace. Perhaps that's partly because Fleet Managers don't work on commission. Brad (the Finance Manager) was also very helpful and extremely easy to deal with. If it wasn't for the first car having a defect and having to wait an extra 1.5 hours for the next one to be prepped for me, I'd give this place 5 stars.

Ask for Jerry in the interwebs department if you need to buy a new car. The Dealership: I chose Right Toyota as one of my options as I previously had a Honda that I had serviced at Right Honda and they were super nice and never overcharged me or tried to sell me things I didn't need. I first test drove a car at Earnhardt Mazda and that dealership was tiny, the sales guy had the worst breath, and they had me test drive a car that had way more bells & whistles than what I needed. Why Jerry Was Great: I told him I was cheap and just wanted a car with xyz features but still wanted to check out the different levels of corolla just to be sure, and he was happy to sit in every car with me. At one point he even said it probably wasn't worth the thousands of dollars of an upgrade of car model for having GPS in the dash when you can just use your phone (that's when I knew I could trust him). He went above & beyond with helping me return my rental car (and waiting for me to fill it with gas) and when he helped me set up the dash electronics he insisted I turn on the feature of auto door locks once the car moves just in case someone tries to open from the outside (I never thought of this). I never felt like he was "selling" me I felt like he was helping me find the right car and he got me a good price and treated me like family.
This review is a year old. We purchased a Sienna XLE on August of 2015 days before my birthday. Our sales person at the time is Ryan MacNeil. He found the car we like with all the features we want. ( Blue ray DVD for the kids, leather seats, Blind Spot Monitoring ). We walked in without the intention of buying. I was dead set on the Honda Minivan. However, Ryan was no pressure sales kind of guy and let us test the car out. Only thing he did was asking me to give him a chance with the numbers. I'm glad that we did. We spend about an hour and half going back and forth with the numbers. He went above and beyond to get more for my trade. In the end we got the car at less of a price we were willing to pay. Since we got the car. We have brought the van back to service 3 times now. They always able to get me in and out. ( didn't leave time for me to enjoy the coffee and donuts they provided ) waiting Area is very comfortable and they even have patio with TVs. The service adviser are always nice. They listen you my complaint about the issue of my car and they fix it right away. Toyota's 2 year maintenance free program is a dream. I have had to pay for any service yet. If they are selling extended one. I'll definitely purchase it. All and all, I like the dealerships especially Ryan. It's very simple and no pressure tactic works really well for a car buyer like me. I wanted to give big thanks to right Toyota and Ryan. Hopefully we can do business again in the future!
We purchased a new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from Right Toyota. I worked with Moussa Haddad and he is a professional. I appreciated his direct approach and he didn't mess around with the upsells or the confusing, stress inducing typical car purchasing experience. You won't get a better experience at any other dealership. Moussa was not only thorough but he walked us through the process and then had us take the time we needed to hang out and talk about the final decisions, pricing, etc. without bothering us. He supplied us with snacks, water, and other conveniences to ensure that the time it took to select the car, get the finannciing done, detail the car and train us in the new technology features was thoroughly comfortable. He also offered to assist in helping get our other car home (so we could drive off the lot with our new car.) The financing was aggressive, the price was competitive and the car is a dream come true. Let me also talk about this dealership and the ownership. The owner is very generous within the community and we were there when they were supporting breast cancer and there was a fundraiser and the employees were all involved in setting up the event and ensuring that the excitement around the special event was shared by all. They offered to include us and we were not even invited. My husband is from Iowa and so it was not without thought that we chose David Wilson's dealership. Go Panthers.
We recently purchased a Toyota from Right Toyota and had the most stress free car buying experience ever. Our sales guy, Brian from the Fleet department, had everything ready to go before we even arrived. It certainly helped that we had done all our homework ahead of time. We actually spent more time test driving the car and getting instructions on all the bells and whistles than filling out forms and signing contracts. Bucky in finance was dialed in and really prepared as well. All in all, a very professional and efficient group of folks.

This is my 6th Toyota I have bought from Right Toyota and Neil Germundson. Every experience has been nothing short of awesome. Neil is always the utt most professional I have ever dealt with. The entire dealership is. If you want to be treated "right" I suggest you go to Right Toyota and ONLY see Neil Germundson.
I hate going to car dealerships, and working with sales reps; but here was very different. We worked with Jason Carter and he was the complete opposite of your typical car salesman. He was friendly, not pushy, listened to what we were looking for, and negotiated us a killer deal. He went above and beyond! The services and parts departments are also very friendly! I won't mind bringing my new car here to be serviced at all!!

*****UPDATED REVIEW***** This morning, the battery in our Highlander died again. I went out as usual to start the car for my wife, and I had the mushy brake pedal, and no start. I drove my wife to work, came home, and started shopping for batteries on line. While checking out batteries, my cell phone rang and it was Frank from Right Toyota. He started out by apologizing for taking so long to get back with me, and asked what he could do to make it right. I told him I was actually shopping for batteries, as the battery had died again. He said that he would put in a new battery for me, free of charge. Frank also told me what had happened, and that the problem on their end had been solved. He went so far as apologizing for what happened. Frank's phone call met a lot to me, he took the time to call me back, apologized, and offered a solution that made me and my wife happy customers. In this day and age of "no customer service", it is indeed refreshing to find a business that wants to keep you as a customer, and admits to a mistake. I had to jumpstart the Highlander, and got it down to Right Toyota about 10:45. I dealt with Roger, and he told me that he could have it done in 30 minutes. At 11:15, I was driving out of Right Toyota with not only a new battery, but with a restored confidence in this dealership. My thanks to Frank, Jason, and Roger for a job well done. I'll see you in 3K miles for my next service.
Right Toyota is the only place I would trust with my 2012 Highlander. All of the service technicians are knowledgeable, thorough and best of all they explain everything in layman's terms and they don't get impatient or talk down to you.
