His excellence in service was one of the major reasons I went back to Right Toyota in 2015 to buy my new Tacoma. Now he handles both of them and he's still first rate. I bought my car in 2005, new. I love my Toyota Matrix! I have had it serviced there ever since. Never had a bad experience! The Toyota Service dept is just awesome! When I drove into the service area, the young man noticed my map light was on. I was very impressed he saw that from the front of my car. As always I didn't have an appointment, but I was out of there in Little over an hour! And it helps to have s latte while I am waiting! Excellent customer service.
Over the past two weeks I have taken my Tundra and my wife's Prius in for service. Bob Marthaler in the service department is the type of guy I like working with. He's thorough, honest, attentive and easy to work with. My Tundra needed work that took a couple of days. The job was done in a efficient and timely fashion. He got my car in immediately and could not have been nicer to deal with. There was no up-sell or anything. He got my car in and out and was so friendly. I could not recommend using Right Toyota more. I got a great deal from one of the Fleet Managers (Andy) on a new ride. He was extremely helpful and professional. For once, I actually felt like a car-salesman cared. Andy did not make me feel rushed one bit and took the time to go over all the details with me at my own pace. Perhaps that's partly because Fleet Managers don't work on commission. Brad (the Finance Manager) was also very helpful and extremely easy to deal with. If it wasn't for the first car having a defect and having to wait an extra 1.5 hours for the next one to be prepped for me, I'd give this place 5 stars.

I HATE buying cars. Today I traded in a lease and made a full payment on a new car. People can be very polarized in their opinion about car dealers, either they were the best, or the absolute worst. Jason Murdoch (GSM) and his salesman Jovi, as well as the entire team made the process seamless. I got the car for exactly how much i wanted, it was a fast process, and paperwork was pushed through in record time. I cannot, will not visit another dealership that is not in the ownership of Dave Wilson and his auto groups. Fantastic group of guys. Get the price of the car that you want at another dealership and bring it to right toyota, they will give you such a low price that will knock out the competition. This is the second car I have purchased from Right Toyota in the last 18 months. I am over 60 years old, and have purchased more cars in my lifetime than I would like to remember (cha ching cha ching). Both times at Right my salesperson was Gale. Honestly, I always had a bad taste in my mouth dealing with car salesman . . . but 18 months ago, Gale changed my mind . . . he was so frank about his sales pitch, didn't throw any curve balls, and I walked away feeling I just made the deal of the century, on both occasions. When I knew I wanted to buy a car last week, I called Gale's cell phone, he remembered me and we chucked a couple of times on the phone, and he met me at the store within a couple of hours . . . and the rest is history. Gale promised to have a couple extra things done to the car, which I had done the next day after my purchase . . . which brings me to Tracy in the service department. The second after being greeted by him, I felt like a person he truly cared about, not a number like they put on top of your car. I do not know if I am the luckiest girl in town, but I feel like one, after being treated so personally and kindly and honestly Gale AND Tracy!!! If you are looking for the best place, the best deal, and want to be treated respectfully . . . do not hesitate to go to Right Toyota.

We recently purchased a Toyota from Right Toyota and had the most stress free car buying experience ever. Our sales guy, Brian from the Fleet department, had everything ready to go before we even arrived. It certainly helped that we had done all our homework ahead of time. We actually spent more time test driving the car and getting instructions on all the bells and whistles than filling out forms and signing contracts. Bucky in finance was dialed in and really prepared as well. All in all, a very professional and efficient group of folks.

This review is a year old. We purchased a Sienna XLE on August of 2015 days before my birthday. Our sales person at the time is Ryan MacNeil. He found the car we like with all the features we want. ( Blue ray DVD for the kids, leather seats, Blind Spot Monitoring ). We walked in without the intention of buying. I was dead set on the Honda Minivan. However, Ryan was no pressure sales kind of guy and let us test the car out. Only thing he did was asking me to give him a chance with the numbers. I'm glad that we did. We spend about an hour and half going back and forth with the numbers. He went above and beyond to get more for my trade. In the end we got the car at less of a price we were willing to pay. Since we got the car. We have brought the van back to service 3 times now. They always able to get me in and out. ( didn't leave time for me to enjoy the coffee and donuts they provided ) waiting Area is very comfortable and they even have patio with TVs. The service adviser are always nice. They listen you my complaint about the issue of my car and they fix it right away. Toyota's 2 year maintenance free program is a dream. I have had to pay for any service yet. If they are selling extended one. I'll definitely purchase it. All and all, I like the dealerships especially Ryan. It's very simple and no pressure tactic works really well for a car buyer like me. I wanted to give big thanks to right Toyota and Ryan. Hopefully we can do business again in the future!
I just had the best car buying experience ever. For such a (normally) stressful and long experience, the time at Right Toyota was upbeat, fun, friendly, and relaxed. Without a doubt I'd recommend Right Toyota to everyone with the specific recommendations to use Frenchy for sales, Nancy for customer service, and Spencer in finance. Frenchy sold us a new (to us) car this week. He was helpful in price, friendly, and very chill. I never felt pressured to make any moves or to speed up my decision as I hmmmm(ed) and hawwwww(ed) over numbers and options. At one point during the process (before buying the car), I had questions and called Right Toyota. I talked with Nancy in customer service (she answered the phone) and I was blown away her above-and-beyond helpfulness in getting answers to my questions. She didn't just pass me off to someone's voicemail... she researched the answers herself! In finance, I had a relaxed time with Spencer. I have to say the last time I bought a car, at another Toyota dealership in Arizona I felt beat up by the finance guy - he pressured me for warranties and when I said "no" he had a complete turn of attitude and started treating me badly - I will never go back there. With Spencer at Right Toyota, I felt at peace as he was sweet, chatty, and relaxed. Again, the overall experience for buying a car is usually with anxiety but this team I mentioned at Right Toyota helped make the whole thing relaxed. I look forward to going back to them in the future.
We have lived in the area for 1 year and have been exploring a reliable service department to work on our two Toyotas. We have used a non - dealership to work on our older Venza for repairs in an effort to avoid expensive repairs. We needed a new water pump and the estimate from this non -dealer was nearly $1900. I took our older car to Right Toyota , where we have a newer car serviced, and our service advisor Roger Terp applied every discount available and the estimate came in over $700 less. If you are looking for a dealership and advisor you can trust, I would highly recommend Right Toyota and Roger Terp .

Ask for Jerry in the interwebs department if you need to buy a new car. The Dealership: I chose Right Toyota as one of my options as I previously had a Honda that I had serviced at Right Honda and they were super nice and never overcharged me or tried to sell me things I didn't need. I first test drove a car at Earnhardt Mazda and that dealership was tiny, the sales guy had the worst breath, and they had me test drive a car that had way more bells & whistles than what I needed. Why Jerry Was Great: I told him I was cheap and just wanted a car with xyz features but still wanted to check out the different levels of corolla just to be sure, and he was happy to sit in every car with me. At one point he even said it probably wasn't worth the thousands of dollars of an upgrade of car model for having GPS in the dash when you can just use your phone (that's when I knew I could trust him). He went above & beyond with helping me return my rental car (and waiting for me to fill it with gas) and when he helped me set up the dash electronics he insisted I turn on the feature of auto door locks once the car moves just in case someone tries to open from the outside (I never thought of this). I never felt like he was "selling" me I felt like he was helping me find the right car and he got me a good price and treated me like family.

I have complained forever about paying for my extended warranty purchase knowing I will never use it for my 2011 Tundra 4x4.I brought it in for new plugs, jet cleaning and add a pair of extended Toyota towing mirrors, the staff put it on the rack and went over it with a fine tooth comb, they found leaking stearing bushings, thinking they are trying to get into my pockets they told me the $2300 replacement was on the insurance company and not me. Very pleased with this dealership and a big thank you to Tim Paffumi, very professional and is not pushy.
